When You Schedule Service
If your product is under warranty in most cases you are required by the manufacturer to contact them first prior to scheduling service with us. They will provide you with a claim number that you can use to schedule service with us. If you’re unsure or need assistance with this process, please contact us first. We’re here to help guide you!
As an authorized service center for almost all major brands, we have additional resources and tools available to our trained technicians. We can use these tools to do research ahead of the scheduled visit. We strive to fix your appliance on the first visit, every time. This way we save you time and money by getting the job done the first time we visit.
This one is pretty self explanatory. We need to know what the appliance is doing, or not doing, in order to be the most prepared for our visit.
In most cases, warranties start on the date of purchase. We will need the date of purchase to verify your warranty and confirm if we need a copy of your receipt.
The receipt or proof of purchase is a requirement from the manufacturer in order to receipt warranty service. Credit card receipts are not valid as proof of purchase. Valid receipts will include the place of purchase, the date, and the model number.
